Legalization of Property Extentions, Pools, Garages and Wells
- Once you have decided on the property or plot of land that you would like to purchase, we will negotiate with the vendor, do the searches and prepare a sound Deposit Contract. With the sale agreed we will prepare the title deeds with the Notary Office and then accompany you for the signing of the deeds in front of the Notary. If you cannot be present for the signing then we can represent you with a Power of Attorney. After the signing we pay the Transfer Tax and register the property in your name.
Architects Projects for Extentions and Modifications
- Working with our architect we can legalize any property extentions, pools, garages or wells that are currently not included in your deeds (escritura). To be legal and to be able to sell your property in the future it is essential that the deeds acurately reflect your property.
Representation for water, electricity, telephone etc
- When planning an extention or modification to your property, our architect can produce the required project plan to present to the local town hall.
- We can deal with the utility companies for you to set up contracts, arrange connection and resolve problems etc.
